Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Domestic Delivery Time
Under normal circumstances, domestic shipments are delivered within 2–7 business days. In rare cases where the delivery time exceeds 1.5 months due to supply chain delays, product sourcing, or other unforeseen circumstances, domestic delivery may take 15–20 business days.
International Delivery Time
Under normal circumstances, international shipments are delivered within 4–22 business days. In rare cases where the delivery time exceeds 1.5 months due to customs clearance delays, remote destinations, or other factors beyond our control, international delivery may take 50–55 business days.
We will notify you by email if your order is expected to fall into the extended delivery timeframe.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders, both domestic and international.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product price.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Wrong Address
We are not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses. Please double-check your details before checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
Lost/Damaged Items
If your order arrives lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number at jpptl05@gmail.com. This will help us resolve your issue quickly.
Delays Beyond Our Control
JPPTL-5 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
