Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase or the original order receipt is required.

Shipping costs for returned products are non-refundable. Once we receive the product back in its original packaging, with no damage, we will confirm the date of return and notify you when your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. JPPTL-5 is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they are defective. Sale and clearance items are also non-returnable unless defective.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or defective items. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take additional time to appear in your account.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at jpptl05@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. We will provide further instructions and return details.

Important Notes

- Returned products must be received in original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
